Kerman Industrial Museum hosting photos of UN, Iran cooperation

Kerman, Feb 20, IRNA - Kerman Industrial Museum which houses the most valuable treasure of contemporary art in Iran and the world after the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art, is these days hosting images and documents of 73 years of UN and Iranian cooperation in its galleries.

Photo exhibition and documents of the United Nations and Iranian cooperation over past 73 years, was inaugurated with the Islamic Republic News Agency’s effort on Monday, attended by Maria Dotsenko, head of the United Nations Information Center in Tehran, Kerman deputy Governor for political, security and social affairs and a group of officials in Kerman Industrial Museum.

Photo Exhibition and Documents of the United Nations and Iran’s Cooperation is showcasing 66 photos and historical documents from the presence of prominent personalities of Iran in the United Nations events, the visit of seven secretary-generals of the organization to Iran and a selection of the UN-implemented projects in Iran for a period of one week to public viewing.

The collection of photographs and documents selected for this exhibition is related to the United Nations Information Center's archive, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), the Center for Documentation and Diplomatic History of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Institute for Contemporary History Studies of Iran.
