Most exciting Islamic Revolution anniv underway: Cdr

Tehran, Feb 11, IRNA - Commander of the Islamic Republic Army Air Force Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh hailed the rallies to mark the 40th victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, saying the 'most excising' ceremony is underway.

Speaking to IRNA on Monday, Nasirzadeh said today's rallies is a slap in the face of those who did not want the Islamic Revolution to celebrate its 40th anniversary.

He added that the 10-Day Dawn demonstration is a turning point to enter the 5th decade of the revolution and indicates the fact that Iran will continue its path to annihilate enemies.

Commenting on the allegations made by West against Iran missile program and its defense power, Nasirzadeh said, 'Our defense power is not negotiable.'

Iran will preserve its defense power with all its power, he reiterated.

In the capital city of Tehran, the demonstrators rally across 10 main routes to reach the Azadi (Liberty) Square to celebrate the Islamic Revolution's victory which toppled the US-protégé regime of Pahlavie dynasty.
