43 Palestinians injured in Gaza protests on Friday

Tehran, Jan 19, IRNA – Some 43 Palestinians suffered injuries with Israeli live ammunition during the 43nd Friday of “The Great March of Return” along the eastern borders of the besieged Gaza Strip.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, at least 43 people including three relief workers and two reporters were wounded by the Zionist troops in eastern Gaza.

Thousands of Palestinians participating in the rallies chanted ‘Unity Way of Victory and Defeat of Plots’ alongside the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip demanding break of ongoing Israeli siege.

'The Great March of Return' protests started on March 30th by thousands of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, which have suffered from a decade-long Israeli siege, who took to the borders to demand their right of return as refugees to their original homelands, now in present-day Israel.
