Persian calligraphy sources to be listed

Tehran, Jan 1, IRNA- The head of The National Library of Iran (NLI) says that one of the major projects in the Persian language and literature, some phases of which have been completed, is listing all of the Persian calligraphy sources in all over the world and it is underway.

Ashraf Boroujerdi outlined the NLI activities on Tuesday and said, 'We have been working on developing relations with the Persian-speaking countries to the extent that the mandate allows.'

Boroujerdi said that Persian language and literature seats in more than 40 percent of the world's universities should be used, adding that Persian language and literature could be the basis for developing Iranian culture to other countries.
