Suicide attack kills 26 in central Syria

Tehran, May 23, IRNA – A terrorist attack by Daesh on a military base in Tadmur District, central Syria claimed the lives of 26 people.

According to AFP, Daesh terrorists attacked Syrian military forces with a bomb-laden car.

Based on Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) reports, half of 20,000-32,000 terrorists in Syria and Iraq, are from these two countries and the rest are from Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Tunisia and a large number of them came from Central Asia and Caucasus.

Outbreak of the Syrian crisis seven years ago on March 15, 2011, with the emergence of takfiri terrorist groups sponsored by the United States, Western countries and several countries in the region, has caused a catastrophe in the country killing more than half a million citizens.
