Tehran hosting Bratislava Illustration Exhibit

Tehran, April 22, IRNA - An exhibition featuring selected works in Bratislava Illustration Competition opened in Niavaran Cultural Complex, Tehran, on Sunday.

The event was inaugurated in a ceremony attended by Slovakian Deputy Culture Minister Conrad Rigo and Slovakian ambassador in Tehran and director general of Islamic Relations Organization for cooperation affairs, Mohammad Ali Kiyani and director general of Culture and Islamic Guidance Ministry for music affairs Ali Torabi.

The exhibition displays 42 top works by the Iranian and Slovakian illustrators during festivals held from 1967 to 2017.

The biennial event is one of the most creditable international illustration exhibitions which is held in cooperation with UNESCO in Slovakia.

The exhibition is open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. every day until April 25.
