Sanchi victims commemorated in Iran's embassy in Australia, Vietnam

Kuala Lumpur, Jan 18, IRNA – Ambassadors and heads of political representative offices in Australia and Vietnam attended Iran's embassy and signed memorial book to commemorate victims of sunken Sanchi oil tanker.

Meanwhile, Iran's flag were in half-mast in the country's embassies in Canberra and Hanoi.

Chinese cargo ship carrying wheat collided with Iranian oil tanker carrying 130,000 tons of gas condensates on January 6, 2018.

All 32 crew members, including 2 Bangladeshi nationals, were killed in the incident.

Officials and foreign diplomats residing in the two countries extended their condolences to Iranian government and nation and expressed their sympathy with victims' families.
