Addressing Iranian lawmakers from Sistan-Baluchestan, he said the security of 'our people' is the redline of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

'Fortunately, our forces gave a crushing response to recent terrorist attacks to Tehran and proved that the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to give a proper and rigid response to all threats,' Jahangiri added.

The Islamic Republic of Iran from the early stages has indicated that it is firmly determined to fight terrorism and expects to eradicate root cause of terrorism, he said.

To punish the terrorists and their supporters, IRGC launched six surface-to-surface mid-range missiles at the Takfiri terrorists' base in Deir Ez-Zor from IRGC’s bases in Kermanshah and Kordestan provinces in western Iran.
