Chile condemns Tehran terrorist attacks

Madrid, June 9, IRNA – Chilean government in a statement condemned Tehran's June 7 terror attacks describing them as an unreasonable.

Denouncing all types of terrorism, the Chilean Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to the families of the victims and expressed solidarity with the Iranian nation and government.

“Chilean government calls for close cooperation among the governments to counter terrorists in a bid to curb the global threat,” said the statement.

Two terrorist groups attacked mausoleum of the late Imam Khomeini and the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) on Wednesday (June 7) morning, killing 17 people and injuring 52 more.

The terrorist group of Daesh (ISIS) has claimed responsibility for the fatal attacks in Tehran.
