Donald Trump snatches 5th Iran’s Wet Gunpowder Award

Abadan, Khuzestan prov, March 14, IRNA – The 5th Wet Gunpowder Award in a Monday ceremony in Shalamcheh town, Khuzestan was given to US President Donald Trump.

The Wet Gunpowder Award is an Iranian symbolic award that according to organizers is given to 'ridiculous people whose chaffy character is evident to everyone and when this nature of theirs is accompanied with self-belief turns into an indefinite foolishness for them.'

Due to taking different measures by Trump like publicizing various economic and political crises, his claims over Barak Obama wiretapping, criticizing the existing poverty and the American people’s problems and showing real face of the United States, US president became nominated for this award.

Trump’s award will be delivered to Swiss embassy in Tehran which has been serving as protecting US interests in Iran since 21 May 1980.

In addition to US president, Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir and Hillary Clinton had been nominated for the award.

Al-Jubeir described Iran as the biggest terrorism sponsor while Saudi Arabia itself is regarded as the biggest supporter of Takfiri and terrorist groups in the world.

The previous editions of Wet Gunpowder Award have been granted to former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama, Member of the European Parliament Tarja Cronberg and ex- High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton, Former Prime Minister of France Manuel Valls and the President of Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Cheryl Boone Isaacs.
