Son of Pakistan's 'Benazir' condoles demise of Ayatollah Rafsanjani

Islamabad, 12, IRNA - Young chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party and son of Pakistan ex-PM late 'Benazi Bhutto' Bilawal Bhutto Zardari paid a visit to the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad to sign the condolence book on the sad demise of former President Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari expressed sympathy to the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Pakistan Mehdi Honardoost and the people of Iran.

Ayatollah Rafsanjani died on Sunday at the age of 82 due to a heart attack in a Tehran hospital.

Earlier Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif expressed deep grief over demise of Ayatollah Rafsanjani and praised him as a symbol of reconciliatory peace efforts at the international level.
