Referring to the exports, Zargarpour said in the first 11 months of the current year (started March 21, 2015) total imports of the country dropped by about $11 billion.
He said China, Iraq, the UAE, Afghanistan and India are the main targets of Iran’s exports and noted that Isfahan customs office is the 7th in the country through which 659 items are exported to 81 countries.
Oil products, cast iron, iron, steel, carpet, ceramics, dairy, plastic objects and copper are the main exports of the province which are mostly exported to Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan, the official said.
Meanwhile, he added, in the first 11 months of the current calendar year 654 kg gold was exported from the province to the United Arab Emirates.
