He referred to the sensitive conditions in Iraq and underlined the need for the nation to shun any kind of differences and act as a unified front under the Iraqi flag against the Zionist-backed Takfiri terrorists.
The Iranian minister further stressed that the brave nations of Iraq, Syria and Iran are confronting the inhuman Daesh crimes and pursue no goal but the ultimate destruction of the terrorist group.
The Iraqi official appreciated Iran’s decisive role and stands in the region regarding assistance to Iraq and said Tehran’s influential role in the region is clear to all.

Tehran, May 20, IRNA – Iran’s Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan said Iranian people and government will firmly stand by Iraq in its struggle against Takfiri terrorist groups.
