Iran: S. Arabia's attack to Yemen sparks unrest in whole region

Tehran, March 26, IRNA -- Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson condemned Saudi Arabia's air attacks to Yemen, saying it will expand terrorism and stir up unrest in the whole region.

According to Foreign Ministry Media Department, Marzieh Afkham said, 'This is a dangerous action against international responsibilities to respect countries' national soverignty.'
She added,' Resorting to military operation against Yemen, which is involved in internal crisis and busy to confront terrorism, make the situation more complicated, precipitate the crisis, and miss the opportunities to peacefully settle Yemen's internal differences.'
Stressing on the necessity of implementaion of national agreements between Yemeni parties and groups as soon as possible, Afkham called for immediate halt to all air strikes and military actions against Yemen.
Expressing concern over expansion of extremism and terrorism, the spokesperson said this invasion will have no result but sparking off unrest to all the region.
Saudi Arabia war planes bombarded Yemen on Thursday morning in which scores of innocent people were killed. Riyadh has announced that 100 war planes and 150 thousand troops are participating in the military operation.
