'Positive outcome of the nuclear negotiations will lead to strengthening the Islamic Republic's position, preserving the European countries' interests and achieving an important goal for the United States,' said the Italian top diplomat, hoping that success in that field will be achieved within the next few weeks.
Foreign Minister Gentiloni who is in Iran on an invitation by his Iranian counterpart added in his joint press conference with Zarif that the negotiations aimed at finding a solution to the problem should be supported.
'Italy favors a peaceful solution in this field to preserve the interests of the international society, facilitate trade and commerce among the involved countries and secure the interests of those countries that are directly involved in the talks,' he added.
Gentiloni said that the negotiations path is a tough one, but the major disputes have already been removed and for this reason hoping for its success within the next few weeks is quite realistic.
