Mehmanparast: Iran opposed to any provocative action in Korean Peninsula

Tehran, April 7, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said on Sunday that the Islamic Republic of Iran is against any provocative action which might exacerbate the current crisis in the Korean Peninsula.

The Islamic Republic of Iran calls for establishment of peace and stability throughout the world including the Korean Peninsula, he said.

Iran is against any illogical move which might trigger crisis in the region, he said and called on all sides to exercise patience and try to resolve the issue through peaceful means and dialogue.
